Cultivating Presence (Virtual) Retreat

In this guided virtual retreat, we will explore contemplation, expressive writing, and movement to cultivate an embodied sense of presence with ourselves, each other, and our local landscapes. We will alternate between on-line group and solo practices. Access to the outdoors (your backyard or nearby park, even the view from your window) is recommended.

Materials: notebook and writing/drawing tools, comfortable clothes for movement in your home or yard.

Space is limited to support an intentional, personal experience for participants. Pre-register here.
