Stephen Hitchcock (he/his) is an ordained chaplain in the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). Most recently he served as the Executive Director and Chaplain of The Haven, a low-barrier day shelter and housing resource center in downtown Charlottesville. He believes housing is a human right.
